Processor cold plates for Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC)
DCX HYDRO is a direct chip cooling cold plate dedicated to AMD and INTEL CPUs – a critical component of every Direct Liquid Cooling system. Contary to standard cold plates, this unique component is the world’s first open system. DCX HYDRO allows user to configure direct chip cooling loops for every server, without any need to order a custom solution for each device. Quick disconnect fittings and leak-proof tubing connected to dry break couplings on manifolds enable users to customize their own direct chip cooling with ease, instead of being forced to buy a custom loops for each server and rack.
DCX HYDRO cold plates may reject from 400W to almost 2000W of heat from the CPU at ASHRAE W3/W4 warm water inlet temperature, keeping peak, overclocked processors at the best temperature possible. DCX cold plates cover CPUs but may also be equipped with heat transfer bridges connected on both sides, which can transfer heat from VRMs, memory, and other server components.
