DCX HYDRO CDU I is a rack based Coolant Distribution Unit designed to cool individual high density server racks. A Compact 4U CDU equipped with unique immersion pumps, delivers 120kW heat transfer capacity which supports over 80 servers. A perfect solution that provides responsive, high-capacity cooling for HPC or GPU server nodes, and it only requires ASHRAE W3/W4 warm water to solve all cooling challenges with power – dense racks. CDU features redundant pump design, dynamic condensation-free control, automatic coolant leveling and automatic leak detection and complete remote control of all important parameters. This CDU combined with DCX Liquid Distribution Manifolds can be integrated into all standard server racks providing exact, optimal cooling performance that your servers need, keeping your operation environmentally sustainable.

Overview
Designed to regulate the flow and temperature of coolant, DCX CDUs guarantee that every component in the cooling loop receives an ample supply of flow to maintain the desired operating temperature. They also play a pivotal role in monitoring the coolant temperature, adjusting the flow rate as needed to keep the temperature below the dew point, and safeguarding precious electronics from condensation. DCX CDUs excel at effectively separating the facility circuit and secondary circuit. This feature enables regulated fluid quality, ensuring that cooling fluid volumes in a data center setting are maintained to a minimum. The fluid’s flow, pressure, and temperature are continuously monitored to ensure proper fluid quality maintenance.

CDU 1 InRack Cooling Distribution Unit
The In-Cabinet Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) boasts a rated cooling capacity of 120kW. This system is capable of handling up to 80 servers, with adaptive energy usage of up to 2kW for two server racks. From 120 to over 150 kW of heat transfer capacity, allowing heat reuse at up to 60°C of return temperature. Designed to satisfy today’s most demanding requirements. It is a best high-efficiency heat exchanger on the market to regulate processor and component heat.
The system has a clamp connection for easy and quick installation. With the double pump redundancy design, replacement and maintenance are simple, ensuring great dependability. Maintenance can be performed without a shutdown in the case of a pump or power outage, or if the filter gets clogged. Furthermore, the system has a complete real-time monitoring feature for operating parameters. Its top computer connection interface includes two redundant RS485 ports and two redundant RJ45 ports, which use the default communication protocols Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP/IP.
