DCX HYDRO Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs)

For the past few years, the industry has been unable to deliver cost-effective, reliable, and flexible direct liquid cooling systems. This is why DCX introduced to the market a new DCX HYDRO architecture. A broad portfolio of DCX Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs) is dedicated to high-performance computing, enterprise and colocation data centers. We offer the most comprehensive selection of CDU systems in the industry providing a complete flexibility for data center operators: from 100kW in-rack CDUs, through scale-out In-Row systems: CDU 3, 6, and 9 models which can effectively cool from 10 to 30 server racks. Finally supercomputer class CDU 12 and CDU 50 – 1 to 5MW heat transfer capable system supporting up to 80 server racks.
The broad portfolio of DCX HYDRO CDUs is complemented with open CPU and GPU coldplates, Liquid Distribution Manifolds. DCX also designs technical and facility (TCS & FCS) cooling systems.

DCX HYDRO CDU 1

Rack-based CDU's, with 120kW heat transfer capacity at an average 10°C - 15°C approach temperature and 150kW at approach temp claimed by competitive systems. Over 2 x more efficient than comparable in rack 4U CDU's. These rack-based CDU's are equipped with 2 redundant multistage immersion pumps and can effectively cool multiple racks or high-powered HPC systems with 2 x higher pressure and flow rate than any other solution.

DCX HYDRO CDU 2

Rack-based CDU's, with 170-200kW heat transfer capacity at average 10°C - 15°C approach temperature and 300kW at approach temp claimed by competitive systems. Over 2 x more efficient than comparable rack 4U CDU's, will effectively cool more racks than any other 4U CDU. This rack-based unit is equipped with 2 redundant multistage immersion pumps and can effectively cool multiple racks or high-powered HPC systems with 2 x higher pressure and flow rate than any other solution.
