DCX HYDRO direct-contact cold plate for Intel® Sapphire/Emerald Rapids processors with LGA 4677 socket. A critical element of every DLC system, this unique component is the world’s first open cold plate. Open means – this module, equipped with push-to-lock couplings, is compatible with virtually every server worldwide. Intel® Sapphire/Emerald Rapids module features push-to-lock quick disconnect fittings, leak-proof tubing, and heat transfer bridges. That enables users to customize their cooling loop with ease, instead of being forced to buy a custom cooling loop for each server and rack. This cold plate delivers a minimum of 500W of heat transfer from the CPU at ASHRAE W3/W4 warm water inlet temperature, keeping peak, overclocked processors at the best temperature possible. DCX HYDRO coldplates cover CPUs but may be also equipped with heat transfer bridges connected on both sides which can transfer heat from VRMs, memory, and other server components. DCX HYDRO cold plate means complete safety, flexibility, long DLC system lifespan, and compatibility with any platform and design.

System Build

Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors LGA 4677

DCX HYDRO coldplates are OPEN, which means you can order direct chip cooling components in the same way as server hard drives or expansion cards, and configure your own DLC loop. DCX provides CPU & GPU coldplates equipped with quick disconnect fittings, special tubing, manifolds, and CDUs. This way datacenter operators are not forced to order custom proprietary loops and can reuse DCX Coldplates in different servers having the same CPU socket. DCX HYDRO system means flexibility, long lifetime, better efficiency of your server, and total compatibility with any platform and design.

Steel cover to prevent contamination, with spill prevention components.
All-steel enclosure big enough to house up to 400kg of dielectric fluid and miners. Building block for the rack or scale-out container installations. Enables high-temperature mining for the best heat transfer parameters. No more plastic boxes that can crack, leak or melt anytime, no more problems with temperature limits, no more problems with grounding.
L shaped frames to mount external components – switchgear, monitoring systems or PSUs. Placement of PSU outside of the immersion bath requires more retrofitting for the miners, but enables even bigger density and higher temperature for better heat exchange.
IP40 switchgear box for 10-12 3-4kW miners. Contains: 10-12 x overcurrent protection, circuit breaker, cable fittings, terminal blocks, cabling. We use top class Schneider, Eaton, Legrand or Siemens components.

Dielectric, odorless, non-toxic, non-allergenic, long-life, eco friendly and safe HTF (Heat Transfer Fluid). Designed specifically for crypto mining operations, compatible with most ASIC, GPU and electronic equipment.
Filling kit. Flexible miners require more effort on fluid control. We want all the fluid to go through the miners not around. To enable a higher pressure drop around the miners we deliver filling kits which direct the fluid through the miners.
